Return Policy

Returns & Refunds: 

Specific Returns for Benzara, Benjara, The Urban Port brands; Bed, Bath, Barware, Decor, Furniture, Garden & Patio, Kitchen & Dining, Lighting & Pets: 

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 24 hours of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. All returns must be made within 6 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price after deducting shipping & handling charges and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Buyers remorse/unwanted product returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.


Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).

If you have a problem with your order please contact us via email 24 hours of delivery confirmation. You must contact the store before any goods are returned. Goods returned without prior authorization will be refused. Merchandise that is pre-approved to be returned must be returned in original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging and at the cost of the buyer, including original & return shipping charges. Upon approval for a return, Customer Service will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form via e-mail. This RMA form must accompany the returned merchandise and the RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of any packages. Returns that arrive without the appropriate RMA documentation will be refused. In circumstances where an item is approved for return after 7 days from receipt, a 20% restocking fee may be charged. Orders paid for by credit card will be refunded as a credit onto the original credit card use for payment. If any of this is unclear please feel free to contact customer service prior to placing your order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If there is obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please note the condition of the package on the waybill or refuse the delivery altogether. Please contact your sales rep should you ever refuse a shipment. Once goods are in your possession for more than 48 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale & Final Sale Items: Sale & Final Sale products are priced lower to clear out our inventory. It is provided to give deep discounts and are not exchangeable and cannot be returned if you change your mind or do not like the product. Though, if the product comes damaged by shipping, defective or you receive a completely different product than you ordered,  please contact customer service to dispute. 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please check the expiration of your gift card for usage. Gift cards will not be accepted after expiration dates.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges will be pre-authorized depending on the circumstance.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
